OK, I agonized over the price compared to similar products for about $40 less. I'm frugal, but not cheap! I am so glad I chose to go with this product for a gift for my daughter. I watched her open it and put it together in less than 10 minutes! It looks great in her newer stylish home. We had some cold weather over the Holidays so we had many jackets hanging on it and it seemed very sturdy. I wonder about dripping umbrellas in the lower basket, though. Looks like she will need to place a rug or some other absorbent material in the bottom of the umbrella stand portion for this purpose.

Mud rm is quite small, but back porch is REALLY BIG! It fits perfectly right next to the door & I know that come summer -- when it rains every single afternoon! -- we will be very glad that it is there for jackets/umbrellas. Knew that husband, who was hugely skeptical of just the idea, was a convert when I came home and he'd already hung a hat on it. Is it country manor high-end? No, it is not. But, IT IS functional, attractive, and I got it at a really good price.
