    I love this product as far as color, design, and usefulness. However we opened it and found that we were screwed...literally there were no screws to attached the hooks. Easy fix though, we called the company and worked out the issue.

    The top of part B on this rack is the part to which the metal "hangers" attach to. It wiggles and spins with no tightening happening. Everything else tightens nicely. Got a replacement part and it's the same thing. It this the way it was manufactured? If so, I will return it all for a refund as this is unsatisfactory. Thank you.
