I bought this piece for use in an upstairs family room. I liked the unusual design. I also chose it because of it's many hooks from large to small and the baskets are an added plus for guest's to put their keys, gloves, etc. It seems to have an adequate base that gives it stability especially since I have it on carpet. I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

I wanted a wrought iron coat rack with lots of places to hang jackets and hats. This fits the bill perfect with the added bonus of baskets for mittens and scarfs. In the picture the baskets look black or dark brown. They were a dark red color.
